Melco Resorts & Entertainment selects Shiji Enterprise Platform PMS

Firm will implement Shiji's PMS to 'unify guest data via single guest profiles' and for its security features

Hospitality technology provider Shiji has announced Melco Resorts & Entertainment (Melco), owner and operator of integrated resort facilities in Asia and Europe, has selected Shiji Enterprise Platform PMS to power its global portfolio of resorts. 

The company will begin implementation at locations in Macau, to transform its current technical infrastructure, with the rest set to follow.  

With five properties located throughout Asia and Europe and a combined eight Michelin Stars earned by its restaurants, Melco said it focuses on delivering an "unparalleled luxury gaming and hospitality experience". 

Having already implemented Shiji’s Infrasys Cloud POS and Payment Solution, the Melco team were looking for a PMS that could streamline operations and provide deep insights into customer preferences to deliver an improved experience for its guests. 

The hospitality firm said Shiji Enterprise Platform PMS stood out for its "ability to unify guest data via single guest profiles along with its universal search and top-of-the-line security features".

Shiji Enterprise Platform PMS has ability to balance staff visibility into guest preferences with "stringent" privacy guidelines, to help rapidly expanding luxury hotel groups.

For the implementation process, Shiji's team worked alongside AWS Outpost teams.
