Travolution Summit 2022: Put your business into hyperdrive mode

Hosted face-to-face buyer/supplier meetings included as a new feature at the annual conference

The Travolution European Summit 2022 has a new home and has been brought forward into the spring to take advantage of the optimum time for technology buyers to meet potential buyers.

Following our hugely successful Summit in September, marking a much-anticipated return to face-to-face networking, this year’s event will take place on May 4 at The Brewery in London.

We have secured the stunning Porter Tun room at the venue, which will provide a perfect setting for annual conference which has been taking place in the UK for the last 16 years.

This year the Summit is offering tech and digital services partnership packages giving suppliers the chance to have eight pre-arranged one-to-one meetings during the event with prospective buyers.

Delegates can register their interest in attending this year’s Summit now.

After ITB in Berlin was cancelled and other events pushed into the second half or end of the year, the Travolution Summit is the only dedicated travel technology event in Europe in first half of 2022.

This is traditionally the prime period for travel technology deals to be done so retailers can integrate new systems in time for the following year’s peaks.

The 2022 Summit will build on the Reset, Reboot, Restart and Build Back Better conferences in 2020 and 2021 respectively that focussed on the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

However, this year the Travolution Summit theme will focus recovery and putting the chaos of the pandemic period firmly in the past, and at speed.

Throughout the day, senior executive speakers from OTAs and digital travel companies and expert panel sessions will focus on how delegates can put their businesses into Hyperdrive Mode.

Lee Hayhurst, Travolution executive editor, said: “Feedback from our Summit in September was amazing, and we are delighted to be bringing people back together again.

“We’re determined to maintain that buzz into 2022 and are very excited to be reinstating a much-needed Spring event for the travel and technology sector in Europe.

“Our hosted meetings offer is already proving popular as we look to ensure that suppliers who attend the Summit get value for money and those all important leads to secure new business.

“Our agenda is being carefully curated to provide attendees with insight and inspiration ahead of a huge rebound of travel that will favour those firms that have invested in tech and digital.”

The Summit will see around 350 delegates attend from across the travel, tourism and hospitality sector from senior C-suite executives, to division heads, founders, investors and entrepreneurs.
