Not Just Travel to offer consultants free access to TProfile Quotation Tool
Not Just Travel has unveiled a £2.1 million investment to provide its consultants with free access to TProfile's Quotation Tool.
The announcement comes after a previously successful trial, which has now been extended indefinitely.
This move was announced to a roomful of 450 agents at the company’s 2025 Annual Conference held at Grand Station, Wolverhampton, earlier this month.
It comes after "outstanding" results from the tool after its take-up by the consultants and has proven to "significantly" boost efficiency, client engagement and conversion rates for the company’s network of home-based entrepreneurs.
The TProfile Quotation Tool allows agents to create visually appealing, media-rich, multi-centre itineraries in seconds.
These proposals can then be shared via WhatsApp, email, or text, enabling clients to instantly book or request adjustments to their travel packages with just a click.
Before adopting the TProfile Tool, consultants were spending time manually designing intricate quotes using platforms like Canva, often requiring extensive revisions.
Steve Witt, co-founder of Not Just Travel, explained the strategic significance of this investment. He said: “The room went wild when we announced the news to our consultants and it created a real buzz throughout our network.
"If purchased independently, the quotation tool would cost consultants around £1,000 a year.
"By offering it for free to over 650 consultants, we’re further demonstrating our commitment to empowering them to work smarter, not harder, and ultimately increase their profitability.”
Since introducing the tool, Not Just Travel has seen a remarkable improvement in consultant conversion rates.
“The impact has been immediate and substantial, so our significant investment in extending free access to the tool makes commercial sense,” Witt continued.
“This is a long-term partnership with TProfile and we’re proud to be one of their largest clients, with plans to become their biggest.”
Bhav Taylor, chief sales officer of TProfile, said: “Having completed a detailed review and trial process in mid-2024, TProfile quotes, CRM and tour operator product distribution, was successfully delivered to over 600 NJT agents in September.
