The promotional week is a celebration of independent hotels, guest houses and B&Bs across the UK.
Running from March 16-22, National B&B Week 2020 will showcase the significant contribution B&Bs make to the UK economy, as well as recognising the successes of hosts and hoteliers.
During the week, the B&B Association and London-based eviivo will encourage holidaymakers to book and stay in a bed and breakfast, while property owners are also being encouraged to offer exclusive deals and upgrades to customers.
Potential deals include discounts, free upgrades, champagne and chocolates upon arrival, tastings of local produce and free admission to nearby attractions or experiences.
eviivo hopes that with the help of the exclusive offers during the wee that holidaymakers will be encouraged to experience a UK B&B.
As part of the campaign, eviivo is partnering with the Family Holiday Association again to raise awareness and funds for the charity that provides short breaks to struggling families.
Paul Saxby, marketing director at eviivo, said: “We are delighted to be running National B&B Week again this year. It is a great initiative that highlights the wonderful, original and high-quality independent accommodation available all over the UK.”
“The hard work, dedication and passion of property owners is truly inspiring, and is paramount to their guests experiencing a truly memorable stay.”
“We want to encourage as many people as possible to experience a UK staycation during National B&B Week and beyond and hope to see hundreds of B&B owners taking part in the week to showcase just how amazing this industry is.”
