Independent agents hail ‘invaluable’ efficiency savings
Dolphin Dynamics adds easyJet holidays to booking capture tool
Dolphin Dynamics has expanded its booking capture tool for independent travel agents to include easyJet holidays packages.
The functionality is designed to simplify the process of handling holiday bookings made via trade websites, enhancing efficiency, data quality and accuracy for agents.
It uses the Dolphin back-office platform to capture package holiday details including flights, transfers and hotel information.
Packages from easyJet holidays are now available on the tool, minimising the risk of manual entry errors for bookings with the operator.
Using the booking capture module, data is loaded, automatically integrating supplier details into the Dolphin platform. Deposit and balance due dates can also be captured, ensuring agents know when they need to pay easyJet holidays.
Scott McCabe, managing director of independent agency Oasis Travel, said: “The usability of this module has been exceptional, providing a seamless and slick experience for our team.
“This integration has enhanced our overall workflow and allows for easy integration of data, which significantly streamlines the booking process.
“The features have proven invaluable in keeping our operations efficient and we look forward to seeing more updates in the future.”
Natasha Marson, head of distribution at easyJet holidays, added: “We’re always looking for ways to make it easier for our valued travel agent partners to book and manage easyJet holidays for their customers.
“The integration with Dolphin Dynamics is a fantastic step forward, helping agents save time, reduce errors and focus on delivering brilliant holidays.
“We’re delighted to see this partnership come to fruition and look forward to supporting even more agents as we continue to grow.”
Dolphin Dynamics managing director, Chuck Richardson, said: “After the enthusiastic uptake of the booking capture functionality we rolled out for Jet2holidays, Expedia TAAP and TUI, our customers have been pressing to see other major tour operators added.
“We are delighted to respond with support for easyJet holidays and have more in the pipeline.”
