Pogo unveils plans for new app subscription offering

The travel app offers customers new benefits

Travel app Pogo has revealed that app users will now be able to unlock even more functionality with Pogo Plus, its new release.

The new release by Pogo’s team includes current advances in AI reasoning which will create a tailored trip itinerary for each user based on their interests. 

Pogo Plus users will be able to take exclusive advantage of Pogo MAGIC technology, which uses advanced AI technology will create bespoke itineraries based on their own personal interests and what they have interacted with on the Pogo app.

Users can hit the ‘MAGIC’ button in the Pogo travel app and it will automatically create a trip itinerary that is completely tailored to their likes and interests. 

The technology will incorporate the best times to visit tourist attractions (based on how busy it is), the travel time between each point of interest and even the weather.

It can also make recommendations based on other points of interest, what’s popular at the moment as well as where to stay.

The trip itinerary uses the information from the pinboards the user has created as well as other pinboards that they may have interacted with.

Pogo Plus users can also make edits to their tailor-made itinerary, unticking any suggestions that are not needed and can recreate their trip itinerary at any time simply by pressing the MAGIC button.

Pogo Plus users will have exclusive member discounts of up to 20% on hotel and flight bookings.

The new rollout will provide an updated Map View which will allow Pogo Plus users to showcase ideas for their trip destination and what’s popular in the destination that you are planning to visit. 

Users of Pogo Plus can also create’ custom categories for individuals on the trip, create mini groups and even change the colour of your categories too with custom icons.

With Pogo Plus, you’ll even be able to select from a collection of Pogo App icons for a phone's home screen too.

The new version of the app is available immediately on iOS and will be available on Android in the near future.
