Inspire Europe launches dedicated cruise website following strong growth

Firm partnered with solutions provider TMS

Cheshire-based Inspire Europe has unveiled a comprehensive new website dedicated to expanding its cruise offering, following a whopping 400% growth in its cruise business over the past 12 months.

The platform showcases more than 44 cruise lines and those cruise liner's complete fleet of ocean, river and expedition ships, with live pricing updates.

Customers can utilise dynamic itinerary searches to explore various cruise options tailored to their preferences, with real-time availability.

The website serves as a comprehensive resource, featuring detailed ship profiles including amenities, deck plans and onboard activities.

Ports of call, image libraries and brochures are available for travellers.

Lisa Henning, managing director of Inspire Europe, said: "The investment we are making into our cruise business demonstrates the importance the sector is to us as both a retailer and also our growing homeworking community. The website content is so comprehensive it serves as a one-stop-shop for all things cruise."

The company partnered with travel agents' solution provider Travel Marketing Systems (TMS) to develop the new site, citing their "passion for marketing" and cruise industry expertise as the deal clincher.

The deal incorporates TMS's i-frames and Latecards suite, which also supports Inspire's homeworking division, Independent Travel Associates.

"TMS's hosting capabilities enable us to leverage their existing connections with cruise lines and tour operators, incorporating both our own offers and third-party deals into the API," Henning explained.

"Since our Independent Travel Associates operate nationwide, the Latecards platform allows us to create region-specific offers based on our ITA's preferred departure airports."

With the peak booking season approaching, Henning emphasised that the new digital platform will streamline its cruise proposition across all channels for both its team members and customers.

Inspire has already renewed its CLIA membership for 2025 and continues to strengthen its relationships with both CLIA and The Advantage Travel Partnership, and views these collaborations as central to Inspire further expanding its cruise offering.

"We get a lot of value from our partnership relationships with CLIA and Advantage," Henning concluded, " with their support we see our cruise business significantly growing over the next 12-24 months."
