ISON Travel chooses Sabre to power operations and expansion
Sabre has announced a new multi-year agreement with ISON Travel, a UK-based corporate travel management company.
This partnership will support ISON Travel’s expansion into the US market, providing access to Sabre’s Travel Marketplace and enabling the company to streamline operations through Sabre’s advanced technology solutions.
The TMC will implement several Sabre solutions, including Sabre Red 360 and Automation Hub. This will help ISON Travel reduce manual and repetitive tasks that often consume valuable agency time, enabling automatic management of routine processes such as booking management, PNR documentation, and schedule changes, saving up to 72% of agents’ time.
Sabre’s multisource platform will empower ISON Travel to access a wide array of travel options, ensuring transparency and choice for their clients.
This platform enables the integration of traditional and new content types, including NDC and low-cost carrier options, facilitating a dynamic merchandising experience that aligns with the evolving needs of travelers and agencies alike.
“We are very excited to announce our new partnership with Sabre,” said Helen Cannon, founder and CEO of ISON Travel.
“Combining our wealth of experience at ISON Travel and Sabre’s state-of-the-art technology is allowing us to progress our global expansion.
"The journey so far has been a great experience through our initial talks and then our face-to-face discovery meetings. We are thrilled to welcome Sabre into the ISON family.”
Richard Addey, Senior Regional Director for Northern Europe – UK&I, and the Benelux and Nordics, added: “We are committed to supporting ISON Travel in achieving its ambitious goals, including expansion into the US market and maintaining exceptional customer service.
"By leveraging our advanced technology solutions and multisource platform, we aim to enhance ISON’s operational efficiency, empowering its people to better meet the evolving needs of their clients.”
