Travolution Summit Preview: New Holiday Extras chief sets out customer-centric vision

Ahead of her executive interview session at this year’s Travolution Summit on September 30, Lee Hayhurst caught up with Holiday Extras’ recently appointed chief operating officer Elizabeth Hogg.

He asks her about her vision for the ancillaries provider’s future as it looks to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic an even more customer-centric firm than the one that entered it. 

The Travolution 2021 Summit will take place during Global Travel Week, a new initiative bringing buyers and suppliers together launched by Jacobs Media Group, Europe’s largest B2B travel and hospitality publisher.
