The partnership with Duffel will enable PKFARE's customers to access a wider range of NDC and LCC options, improving content completeness and price competitiveness.
PKFARE customers will benefit from NDC-specific ancillaries provided by Duffel which will enhance traveller experiences while optimising revenue streams.
By simplifying the traveller booking process, this collaboration positions PKFARE’s customers to drive higher user satisfaction and loyalty.
Duffel plans to use the collaboration to scale its global distribution by leveraging PKFARE’s extensive global client network.
It will also open up new opportunities for Duffel's airline partners to extend their reach beyond traditional channels, tapping into a broader audience of TMCs, corporates, and hotels seeking NDC content-further supported by DerbySoft, PKFARE’s parent company, with its strong presence in the hotel industry.
