myPlane accelerates shift to digital charter bookings with new AI features
Online booking engine for commercial charter flights, myPlane has launched new AI-powered features.
The new enhancements are designed to lower the barriers to digital adoption.
It's rollout will make it easier for airlines and B2B travel buyers to transition from outdated, manual processes to a seamless, fully digital booking experience.
The AI-assisted management tool empowers airlines to convert their countless incoming enquiries into standardised formats.
For most commercial airlines, that means feeding 200-500 daily charter flight enquiry emails into a centralised system, enabling them to simultaneously collect data.
Airlines can then automatically categorise, structure, and respond to requests via a digital platform.
B2B travel buyers – including group travel specialists, tour operators and corporate travel agents – benefit from faster, more structured charter offers from airlines as the AI-powered system standardises quotes.
Juuso Klemola, co-founder of myPlane, said: “Moving an entire industry from decades-old manual processes to digital distribution doesn’t happen overnight.
"To ensure airlines and travel buyers can immediately enjoy the benefits of a transparent and efficient booking solution, the transition must be as seamless as possible.
“Thanks to artificial intelligence, we’ve now made it easier than ever for the industry to embrace a modern, streamlined approach to charter flight bookings.
"This is a major leap forward for commercial charter – one that will accelerate the shift to digital and unlock even greater efficiency for airlines and travel buyers alike.”
