W Sydney ups its guest experience with IRIS mobile solutions

Darling Harbour's newest luxury hotel leverages app at hotel

Mobile ordering and hospitality digital guest experience solutions specialist IRIS has revealed its been selected by W Sydney. 

The firm will provide personalised, digital ordering experience to guests and improve operational efficiencies for the hotel's team.

The five-star hotel nestled into Darling Harbour will implement IRIS' platfrom to give guests instant access to information on the hotel facilities and amenities, F&B menus, local weather and attractions.

Within the first 6 months, we've seen a significant rise in room service orders and a notable increase in ancillary revenue.

Guests should have reduced wait times, and improved order accuracy with mobile ordering.
