UnderTheDoormat Group, a leading provider of dynamic short-term rental solutions, has announce the appointment of Abdulaziz Al Qarra as a strategic advisor in the Middle East.

His appointment, and deep knowledge of the Middle East property market, will be "instrumental" in shaping the Group’s strategic direction in the region, which is aiming to capitalise on the short-term rental market boom.

According to industry forecasts from Skift, the Middle East is on the brink of a significant short-term rental boom, driven by increased tourism and economic diversification efforts across the region.

Abdulaziz brings nearly 15 years of expertise across international real estate portfolios as well as leading local and international initiatives in the prop-tech sector. 

He is a director at leading global real estate services firm JLL, specialising in real estate investment and development..

His strategic insights will guide the company in navigating this surge in demand and positioning itself as a leader in the region's growing short-term rental sector.
