Solution offers travellers new ways to pay through orchestration

Sabre Hospitality, a division of Sabre Corporation, has announced its plans to release SynXis Pay, its new solution that reduces payment pain points for travellers and hoteliers.

Travellers, will be able to pay with over 250 alternative payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, WeChat Pay and more, through the Synxis Pay integration. 

Customers choosing to pay via Apple Pay or Google Pay will have a new express checkout experience in SynXis Booking Engine.

Its orchestration layer is powered by CellPoint Digital, a global player in payment orchestration.

It optimises payment acceptance by connecting to multiple gateways and dynamically enabling the most relevant payment methods based on the guest’s location.

SynXis Pay will be released in phases over the coming months.
