Native Manchester will grow in unit numbers and adopt NUMA's technology
NUMA Group's newly acquired aparthotel brand Native Places expands
European fully digitalised hospitality platform NUMA Group has announced the expansion of Native Manchester at Ducie Street Warehouse as part of its ongoing growth strategy.
In response to the increasing demand for high-quality and modern accommodation options, Numa Group and Native Places, in cooperation with Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH, has increased the property’s number of units from 166 to 193.
Named as one of the Best Hotels in the UK by Conde Nast Traveller 2023 Readers' Choice Awards, Native Manchester Apart Hotel is located in the city's creative hub, the Northern Quarter, just a short distance from Piccadilly train station and Manchester's city center.
On the ground floor, Ducie Street Warehouse is a place to socially inhabit, and a place where there’s something for everyone. Ducie Street Warehouse houses an all-day bar & kitchen, events and meeting spaces, fitness area by BLOK, the lounge, terrace and mini cinema offering a curated entertainment inspired by local music arts and cultural scenes.
The building currently features 166 individually designed apartments, including studios, loft apartments and eight duplex penthouses with private terraces offering panoramic views across the city over seven floors.
The forthcoming expansion led, by NUMA Group in collaboration with Deka Immobilien Investment, the property will soon be home to a total of 193 units.
The investment will see Native Manchester adopting NUMA’s technology to ensure that Native guests enjoy the "most comfortable" stays.
This technology includes digital check-in and check-out, digital room keys, and 24/7 guest service via smartphone.
The improvement will also focus on designing the units to create a welcoming and stylish atmosphere for guests to enjoy.
Dimitri Chandogin, president & co-founder of NUMA Group, said: “This expansion represents another major milestone for the NUMA Group, demonstrating our dedication to offering top-notch, digitally optimised accommodations in premier locations.
"Our collaboration with Deka enables us to broaden our presence in Manchester, delivering enhanced convenience and flexibility for our guests both now and in the future."
Olivia Immesi, CEO of Native Places, added: “Our long-standing cooperation with Deka’s is now enhanced with NUMA’s technology, reflecting our mutual commitment to promoting innovative and sustainable solutions to enhance our guests experience when staying at Native Places properties.
"By placing the needs and preferences of our guests at the forefront of this partnership, we aim to elevate their stay with personalised and seamless experiences.”
