Membership marketplace Bidroom launches white label loyalty solution uGO

Travel-as-a-Service platform will bolster ancillary sales, employee retention and reputation

Commission-less hotel room marketplace Bidroom has launched a loyalty Travel-as-a-Service (TaaS) platform which travel and hospitality firms can white label.

The uGO platform has been developed by the team at Bidroom which claims to be the world’s first membership-based travel marketplace.

The uGO white label solution is a personalised member portal supported by multilingual options and customer support.

And uGO’s travel booking solutions can be directly integrated into a company’s existing product through a partner API.

Bidroom describes itself as a disruptive travel technology company that aims to bring transparency and fairness back into the hospitality industry.

It does not charge hotels a commission to list with them with the saving shared between the hotel and the traveller.

The firm said “this guarantees uGO users with the best deals on rooms compared to public platforms and allows hotels to provide greater value through complimentary hotel extras.”
