Property management software platform Guesty has provided an update on the launch of its ReplyAI, an automated messaging service for seamless guest communications. 

Using Generative AI algorithms to analyse previous guest and host correspondence, ReplyAI provides answers for almost every incoming message and incorporates a customer’s entire history to optimise replies. 

By analysing text derived from a host’s correspondence, the AI model determines sentiment, applying natural language processing (NLP) techniques to construct messages. 

Property managers can use ReplyAI without needing to exit the platform, including through Guesty’s mobile app, and all messages are editable, to allow for retainment of control.

Since its soft launch in February, Guest has revealed ReplyAI is being used by over 40% of accounts.

Guesty’s high-usage accounts are utilising the tool for 50% of incoming messages. 

The fast adoption indicates a desire and need in the short term rental and vacation rental market for AI-driven automation tools to improve efficiency and guest experience.
