Cendyn launches Learning Centre to advance hoteliers’ commercial success

Educational resource centre has 17 curriculums

Integrated hotel technology and services firm Cendyn has unveiled its new Learning Center.

Designed to advance hotel’s product knowledge of its solutions for improved commercial performance.

It provides product-specific educational resources and training programmes, accessible via Cendyn’s Knowledge Cloud.

The courses have been developed to improve a user’s skill set in working with the extensive product suite.

Seventeen curriculums are available immediately. Further training modules will be added or updated by the Cendyn Training Team as new product enhancements or best practices become available.

Each user is able to personalise their learning experience by selecting products and related topics of interest.

A tailored dashboard on the Learning Center’s home page provides a summary of ongoing and completed learnings, plus easy-access to a training ‘playlist’ which can be marked as private or shared with other users.

”Product knowledge is fundamental for hoteliers to maximize effectiveness at their properties," said Alan Rudolph, chief operations officer of Cendyn.

"Staying on top of the tools and trends can be tricky for busy hoteliers which is why we’ve designed our Learning Center in bite-size pieces that can be accessed from anywhere at any time.

“Being able to personalise the Learning Center allows each user to shape their own knowledge base, starting with products relevant to their current job but evolving beyond that to create a deeper understanding of how Cendyn’s solutions can help their hotel. With the launch of the Learning Center, we’re excited to help hotels grow their commercial results and their teams grow their careers.”

Each course has a bade and a certificate of completion.

Users also have the opportunity to network. The Communities function encourages shared learnings and collaboration between colleagues and the wider Cendyn user community.
