To mark the 12-month anniversary of the first UK COVID lockdown, Travolution held an online business breakfast this week.

The event, held in partnership with customer experience and contact centre technology specialists Gamma and Sabio, discussed the impact of the crisis and how it will change the travel sector.

Sabio chief innovation officer Stu Dorman presented his ideas on the technology that will drive change.

He was joined by colleague Mark Ward, travel lead and commercial manager, and Chris Webber, head of deals at holiday comparison website icelolly.com for a panel discussion.
