Traveltek reveals TProfile partnership for CRM and documentation offering

Joint solutions will aid travel agent's workflows

Travel technology provider Traveltek has unveiled a new strategic partnership SaaS solutions provider and Travolution Awards 2024 winner of Best Technology Product, TProfile.

The agreement will see TProfile provide Traveltek customers with its dynamic travel CRM and documentation software to enhance  mutual customers’ software capabilities. 

The partnership will see an initial proof of concept in the market before Christmas with further planned synchronisation between the two systems in the new year.

By integrating Traveltek’s booking platform with TProfile’s personalised CRM and marketing automation capabilities, travel agents and tour operators will now be able to reduce the amount of duplicate entries they currently have to make, reducing admin error and driving efficiency.

They will be able to create personalised and bespoke itineraries which can be synced with Traveltek’s suite of products and gain a wider set of market leading tools, meaning less admin and more time to sell.

Both firms are said to be "committed" together on "revolutionising" how the travel industry operates and enabling businesses to provide unforgettable journeys for their customer.

Demand has said to have been strong for this collaboration with a number of pilot customers already keen to get going.
