Mabrian expands commercial and customer success teams

Travel intelligence provider Mabrian has expanded its commercial and customer success teams with three appointments.

Marouan Charef and Andrea Espiña have joined the recently-restructured customer success team, which works with Mabrian’s partners to turn data sources into actionable insights.

Maria Grazia Tremolizzo has joined the commercial team to reinforce the Italian and French markets.

All three (pictured) will based in the company’s satellite office in Barcelona and will work with hotel chain and airline partners.

The Mabrian platform gives insights on air demand, air capacity, accommodation pricing, in-destination spend and mobile telephone data based on social media monitoring.

Mabrian has grown into a team of 31 employees working from its Menorcan HQ and Barcelona office since the company was founded in 2013.

Santi Camps, chief executive at Mabrian, said:  “The objective for all of us, not just those who’ve joined now, is very clear: to convert information into answers for our partners, making possible smarter decisions and increasing the efficiency of the sector.

“These new arrivals international background and nature, along with their deep tourism sector knowledge, reflects the nature of our business today.

“We have strong ambitions and plans for the coming 18 months.”

He added that the company hoped to announce further appointments “in due course”.
