Inbsys International adds travel insurance AI tools for airlines and OTAs

Inbsys International has announced the launch of two major AI-based innovations, J-TiBi AI and its DATA Room.

The roll out of these new solutions is designed to help the industry with advance use of AI to optimise underwriting and data analysis processes in the travel industry.

J-TiBi AI is an intelligent booking interface to transform the travel insurance underwriting experience on websites.

It uses advanced AI algorithms for a number of functionalities including provide universal framework for pre-configuring travel insurance content, analyses travel context and traveller profile in real time Integrate multi-vendor travel insurance management and automates policy issuance and integration into reservation systems

Implementation takes three days on an airline or online travel agency website while the DATA Room is a data analysis tool for performance.

It harnesses the Big Data to deliver advanced business intelligence capabilities tailored to travel insurance for anonymous, real-time analysis of website insurance flows, use of algorithms to identify trends and opportunities hidden in the data, predictive models for accurate business projections and proactive identification of missed opportunities and real-time monitoring of technical performance and anomaly detection, with real-time notifications in the event of problems.
