Applications powered by new platform aim to drive more direct bookings to operators
Cendyn launches new cloud technology for the hotel sector
Cendyn has announced the launch of a new Hospitality Cloud for hoteliers looking to drive direct bookings.
In conjunction with the launch, the firm is also releasing the platform’s first applications – a website content management system, website CMS, and Cendyn’s customer data platform, Starling CDP.
Powered by the CDP, Cendyn’s CMS allows hoteliers to drive more direct bookings by serving personalised content, offers and imagery to their website visitors by leveraging the power of their first-party data.
The seamless integration between the CMS and CDP uses data from the master guest profile to recognise returning visitors and deliver the most targeted personalization available on the market.
Tim Sullivan, the chief executive and president at Cendyn, said: “We have been busy innovating over the past 18 months and the commercial launch of this platform is incredibly exciting.
“Powered by Starling CDP, our eCommerce offering now brings a new level of personalization and merchandising to the hotel shopping experience.
“Our enhanced CMS enables hotels to target specific content, visuals and offers to website visitors based on their preferences and behaviour, positioning our customers to drive guest engagement, loyalty, and profitable revenue growth via their direct booking channel.”
