New hires expand the firm's presence in the region
RoomRaccoon bolsters UKI team with key appointments following iHotelligence acquisition
Hotel management system for independent hotels RoomRacoon has announced it's strengthened its representation in the UK and Ireland with the addition of three key team members.
Its new appointments sees Bobby Singh join as account executive, Frank Cachia join as customer success manager, and Ben Kennealy join as sales development representative.
This recent team expansion is due to RoomRaccoon’s acquisition of Dublin-based property management software company iHotelligence.
The acquisition saw RoomRaccoon significantly increase its customer base in Ireland, further solidifying its commitment to advancing its influence in the region.
Under the guidance of Ed Kerr, market head of RoomRaccoon UKI, the newly expanded team will play a crucial role in facilitating RoomRaccoon's ongoing expansion in the UK and Ireland.
Working on the ground, their primary responsibility will be to offer direct support and services to the company's expanding customer base, including innovative properties such as Tynecastle Park Hotel, L’Enclume House and St Giles House Hotel.
Tymen van Dyl, the founder and CEO of RoomRaccoon, said: “The UK and Ireland represent important source markets for the future growth of RoomRaccoon.
"Together with the acquisition of iHotelligence, we're increasing our team to deliver an even better service to hotel owners and managers in the region.
"Our dedication to accelerating expansion in the UK and Ireland involves various strategies, and expanding our representation is just one way that we will achieve this.”
