His tasks will include the evaluation of complex customer requirements and the conception of individual IT solutions.

The ISO-Gruppe has been a business partner with Rotter for years, having carried out joint projects.

The goal is to ensure a success-oriented project concept and an optimal start to the collaboration.

During the course of the project, Matthias Rotter will also contribute his expertise in IT change management and will be able to support ISO customers in other business matters.

He added: "In my other role as a trainer in the field of leadership development, I regularly experience how important it is to act in the here and now.

“The key to success is to stay in touch and wrestle with each other until a common understanding is reached.

“From there, we can break new ground together. This is exactly how I imagine working with ISO customers,” he said.
