Duetto strengthens EMEA team with two senior appointments

Michael Schäffner promoted and Matthias Heel brought in from Ruby Hotels

Hotel revenue strategy software developer Duetto has announced the promotion of Michael Schäffner to vice president of sales EMEA.

The firm has also brought in Matthias Heel as director of hospitality solutions EMEA from Ruby Hotels where he was group director of revenue and reservations.

Schäffner joined Duetto in March 2017 as director of sales for the DACH regionhaving worked for technology companies Serenata and Nor1.

Prior to Ruby Hotels Heel worked as director of revenue and central reservations for Victor’s Residenz. Both hotel companies are Duetto clients.
