In his new role, Ratcliffe will lead the continued development of CMAC’s operational capabilities, focusing on delivering gold-accredited customer experiences, strengthening supply operations and scaling international growth.

This strategic appointment is said to mark an "exciting step in CMAC’s ongoing commitment to innovation, operational excellence and customer-centric service" across Europe and beyond.

Peter Slater, CEO of CMAC Group, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Matthew to CMAC Group. As we continue to evolve and expand our services, Matthew’s leadership will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, scaling international growth and strengthening our market position.

"We look forward to the positive impact he will have on our business, clients and the wider industry.”
