Nicki Graham takes over as CMO and Ricky Castoldi as CSO
Cendyn promotes two executives to its C-suite
Hotel technology and services firm, Cendy, has made two new additions to its C-suite team.
Nicki Graham has been named as the new chief marketing officer, having been the senior vice president global marketing previously.
She will lead the global marketing team and positioning of Cendyn as it further consolidates its product portfolio.
Graham will continue to head the marketing, communications, and business development teams globally with a focus on driving continued growth and brand awareness for the brand.
Prior to joining Cendyn in 2017, Graham ran international PR camapigns for clients within agencies at IPG and WPP.
Ricky Castoldi has been promoted to chief sales officer (CSO) following five years at the company as senior vice president sales - Americas.
Castoldi - who was previously at Pegasus, which was acquired by Cendyn in 2021, and the likes of Duetto and eRevMax - will play a pivotal role in leading the global sales team to drive continued growth at Cendyn.
