Eurostar unveils new service centre at St Pancras International with five self-service machines

Accessibility design is a the heart of the new centre

Eurostar has opened its brand-new Service Centre at St Pancras International, to offer an improved ticketing and customer support experience for passengers.

The new Service Centre replaces the previous customer service podiums and features three seated desks where customers can speak directly with Eurostar staff for ticket purchases, aftersales support, and general enquiries.

Five self-service ticket machines will continue to be available for customers who prefer to manage their journey digitally.

Accessibility has been central to the design of the new space with two of the desks are wheelchair accessible (customers and staff side) and include hearing induction loops, as well as a quieter environment created to support all customers.

The Service Centre will be open daily (excluding Christmas Day).

This latest investment follows the recent completion of Eurostar’s Border Control Enhancement Works Programme, which has improved the flow of passengers through border control.

Together, these developments are said to reflect Eurostar’s "ongoing commitment to enhancing the customer experience at St Pancras International" and the company is "committed to providing a smoother and more efficient border control process for all passengers" travelling through St Pancras.
