RoomRaccoon’s acquisition adds small to medium hotels to its network
All-in-one software management company expands hotel reach
US cloud-based hotel management software company for independent hotels, RoomRaccoon, has acquired Belgium-based software provider Lobbi PMS, further boosting its reach across small to medium hotels.
The partnership is set to bolster RoomRaccoon's presence by expanding its user base in the Benelux region and further afield with an additional 300 properties.
Existing Lobbi hoteliers will benefit from an expanded suite of solutions tailored to their property’s needs and an enhanced level of support.
As part of the acquisition, RoomRaccoon will welcome the Lobbi team, along with its existing headquarters in Ghent, Belgium, into its ecosystem.
Lobbi’s founders, David De Windt and Philippe Mangé, along with CTO Geoffrey De Muer, will remain on board to ensure the transition is smooth.
RoomRaccoon CEO and Founder Tymen van Dyl said: “Lobbi PMS perfectly aligns with what we are looking for in an acquisition: outstanding customers and a dedicated team that shares our passion for hotel technology.
“By joining forces, we’re positioned to be the market leader in the Benelux, offering even more value to independent hoteliers and accelerating our mission to become the world’s leading Hotel Management Software.”
Lobbi PMS’ CEO, David De Windt, added: "This partnership brings even greater value to Lobbi customers, offering access to RoomRaccoon’s all-in-one solution that enhances the guest experience, streamlines operations, and boosts profitability.
“We look forward to empowering our customers with the tools to thrive in an increasingly competitive market."
This is the second acquisition completed by the bootstrapped start-up’s internal mergers and acquisitions department.
