European specialist travel group Holidaybreak has signed a deal to use the Tealeaf customer experience management system on its Keycamp and Eurocamp UK sites.

The Tealeaf plug-in will allow Holidaybreak to monitor in real time the activity of users and proactively seek out and solve any problems they might face.

The pair account for around 40% of all online bookings across the wider Holidaybreak portfolio of sites and jointly attract around 50,000 unique users a day during peak booking periods.

Holidaybreak IT director Graham Sadler said the deal will “provide us with a unique view into our online customer experience by delivering insight into each and every customer journey”.

“It gives us the understanding to make significant improvements to our customer experience, which will have a positive impact on online bookings,” he added.

John Lillie, UK Country Manager for Tealeaf, said: “Tealeaf gives companies doing business online, such as Holidaybreak, an unprecedented 360-degree view of their online customers, to help them provide the ultimate online experience and therefore maximise sales and customer loyalty.”
