Boxever adds eDreams Odigeo to travel client list pushing personalisation

Ireland-based predictive marketing specialist Boxever has added Spanish OTA eDreams Odigeo to its line-up of major travel clients.

Ireland-based predictive marketing specialist Boxever has added Spanish OTA eDreams Odigeo to its line-up of major travel clients.

The deal will see the Boxever solution used for all eDreams brands as it aims to enhance the customer experience on its websites.

Earlier this year Boxever announced deals with two major airlines; Ryanair and Air New Zealand.

EDreams Odigeo will use Boxever to create a single, unified view of their customers, incorporating information from web behaviour, mobile, transactional history, email interactions, ad engagement, customer service, and more.

Predictive analytics will drive a decision engine that intelligently delivers the right message at the right time, personalised specifically for the customer.

EDreams chief marketing officer Riccardo Casalino said: “To improve customer experience and confidence, we were looking for a new type of CRM solution that was designed for our volume and scale and could be implemented quickly across all brands and each distribution channel.

“Our expectation was that the Boxever platform, and its travel-centric, predictive marketing engine, would significantly improve customer engagement and conversion. We saw this firsthand with the initial Boxever implementation, and expect even greater results as we roll this out across all channels and brands.”

Dave O’Flanagan, chief executive of Boxever, added: “The foundation for creating one to one customer experiences is a single customer view – from there you can develop insights and take actions to personalize communications and engagements that drive revenue.

“We’re delighted to help eDreams Odigeo achieve their CRM and personalisation goals, and are extremely happy with the results they have already achieved during the initial phase of the project. We look forward to supporting their success across brands and channels.”
