Essential Escapes inks Dolphin Dynamics deal for end-to-end sales solution

Luxury spa and family specialist operator Essential Escapes is introducing Dolphin Dynamics’ tour operator sales and contract management solution.

The move is an extension of the company’s relationship with the technology company, having used the Dolphin back-office system to manage its day-to-day travel and administration activities since 2005.

The new extended platform provides Essential Escapes with an end-to-end sales and management solution. Consultants are able to search, price and book both the operator’s directly contracted accommodation and ancillary products, along with an integrated flight search providing access to both consolidator and published fares.

The operator’s directly contracted products are now managed via an integrated product database to provide real-time control over inventory, pricing and supplier communications.
