LateRooms.com is moving into the conference arena with a tool that sources accommodation for meetings.
The Conference Hotel Finder tool works by allowing the central organiser to complete an online form, which takes into account the destination, start date, and type of conference being scheduled.
It then generates a list of suggested accommodation, specific to the details of the event. This accommodation link can then be emailed to attendees, so they get access to the best value on their accommodation.
Organisers can also opt to create a more bespoke, branded webpage, which features a map of the surrounding area, top rated hotels and the logo for your event or brand.
