CarTrawler is poised to expand its portfolio with a range of new services in 2015.
These will include ground transportation options that are personalised to suit the customers by country and by continent.
More than 500 million airline passengers will be able to choose the car, limousine with driver, taxi, shuttle service or GPS-located transport solution that best suits their needs, their location and their budget through the CarTrawler online marketplace.
Many of these services are already available and the company has plans for significant expansion of the portfolio next year.
CarTrawler’s chief technology officer, Bobby Healy, said: “The CarTrawler marketplace enables online travel retailers to leverage their own brand strength to generate revenue and increase loyalty by providing their customers with an enhanced range of ground transportation services.
“Most importantly, we help them to make it easy for their customers by anticipating their needs and helping them to find the right mode of transport at the right price.
“As customers demand an increasingly personalised experience, our data scientists work to deliver what the customer wants, sometimes before they know they want it.”
