A multi-year contract has been signed by Antie Travel with German travel grouo FTI Touristik for the contracting and price modelling modules of its @com solution.
The modules will enable Germany’s fourth largest operator to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
More versatile and customised offers will be available to market more quickly by making best use of new data formats and system integration capabilities.
The improved efficiency is designed to enhance the customer experience and allow the business to give greater focus to market intelligence and product development.
FTI Group project, process and data management director Stephanie Madee said: “We are delighted to have formed a professional partnership with Anite. Their modular @com solution will enable us to operate more efficiently as the business develops further, without losing our focus on customer service.”
Anite Travel managing director Mike Kingswood added: “Our @com technology provides a comprehensive set of components to support a wide range of tour operator models.
“We are delighted that it directly addresses FTI’s core challenges – to increase productivity using a modern user interface – while, at the same time, supporting improved customer service.”
