Former Vertical Systems UK and Ireland head of sales, Saqib Ahmed, has joined rival travel software firm Traveltek as business development manager.

Former Vertical Systems UK and Ireland head of sales, Saqib Ahmed, has joined rival travel software firm Traveltek as business development manager.
He has worked at Sabre, Tellme Farebase and most recently Vertical Systems.
Traveltek global sales director Peter Whittle said: “Saqib’s appointment will further strengthen Traveltek’s global sales team, bringing his valuable travel industry knowledge and business experience to help us target growing markets.
Ahmed said: “Traveltek have a great product portfolio and are a true global technology company. I am looking forward to working with the team.”
