Mark Warner has claimed a 40% year on year sales uplift of sun and ski holidays bought online through its website.
The increase follows a tie-up with travel technology provider TigerBay which helped the site go live in 2012.
A new-look, fully responsive website is due for release this summer as the operator’s online offering continues to evolve across multiple platforms and devices.
Head of sales and marketing Tim Locke said: “Our website is not a one-off development; it is a continual project for us and it is therefore important that we work with a technology company who take the time to understand the intricacies of our business.”
Rod Evans, managing director of TigerBay, added: “Our tour operating system with integrated CMS and web platform has been designed and built to empower tour operators to achieve results online and streamline operational activities.
