Cheshire-based Prestbury Worldwide Resorts has signed a deal to use Dolphin Dynamic’s tour operator sales and management system.
The tailor-made specialist is the latest to deploy Dolphin’s technology, following luxury travel specialist Carrier and ITC Luxury Travel.
It is planned that Prestbury will go live with the new system before Christmas replacing all existing back-office technology.
Dolphin will also provide Prestbury with an integrated contract management and point of sale solution.
This will enable the accommodation and cruise specialist to sell and manage all directly contracted products, alongside GDS, accommodation and transfer suppliers linked via Dolphin’s booking engine.
