Members of the trade body for the vehicle rental and leasing sector are quality assured and operate under a code of conduct.

The aim is to reassure customers that they are dealing with a reputable company that will offer the highest levels of service, backed up by the BVRLA’s conciliation service.

CarTrawler chief product officer Brian Ingarfield said: “Membership of the BVRLA demonstrates our ongoing commitment to quality and customer focus.

“The BVRLA is a well-established quality mark and we are enthused by their impressive track record in helping their members maintain industry standards for millions of customers.”

Association chief executive Gerry Keaney added: “We are delighted to welcome CarTrawler into membership and look forward to working with them in the future.

“They have chosen to be part of a vibrant, collaborative trade body that promotes best practice campaigns on behalf of the industry and its customers. We hope they wear the logo with pride.”
