Google has been confirmed as a guest speaker at an exclusive travel technology event during London Tech Week

The session, entitled Travel Technology: What Does the Future Hold?, will be bringing together industry leaders to look at future trends and what role technology will play.

The event on June 18 will be hosted by Travolution with travel technology specialist Open Destinations, one of the original UK travel technology firms based in Tech City.

Representing Google will be Terri Scriven, the industry head for travel at Google UK, who has taken part in managing Google’s travel thought leadership and worked with global travel clients.

Terri will be discussing the increasingly connected nature of the traveller and how this is affecting channels, access to content and paths to purchase.

Also confirmed to speak at the session is Filip Filipov, head of B2B at Skyscanner, who will be discussing recent findings from Skyscanner’s Future of Travel 2024 report.

Spaces are limited and attendance is by registration only. To find out more about the event and register, please email Open Destinations on marketing@opendestinations.com.
