Real-time payment collection options have been extended by Dolphin Dynamics following the implementation of a new link to payment service provider Payment Express.
The new connectivity by the travel software supplier enables users to process customer payments electronically.
Thus can be done via their Dolphin-powered bookable website or call centre by entering customer card details into the Payment Express payment page which integrates with the Dolphin back-office system.
The solution uses fully encrypted, real-time messaging to eliminate time-consuming, offline payment collection processes to allow travel companies to offer a more seamless service to customers.
The system uses Payment Express’s hosted payment page which meets Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance regulations.
Head of strategic initiatives Simon Wakeford said: “Dolphin initially chose Payment Express to provide seamless integration of PCI compliant payment solutions via Dolphin to support our expansion in the Australia and New Zealand markets.
