A virtual character has been created by Hoseasons to connect with the trade via Facebook and Twitter.
Hollie Hoseasons has been developed in recognition of the increasing role that social media plays within the travel trade.
Head of sales Zena Calderbank said: “Much has been made of how the travel industry has been slow to unlock the power of social media as a means of reaching agents.
“For us, Hollie Hoseasons represents the changing face of travel communications. We fully recognise the potential of reaching out to agents across these two platforms and hope to continue to build on this throughout the year.”
