Travel customer data sourcing company Adara has taken on two additional staff to cope with demand from a growing list of advertisers.

Kenneth López Triquell, previously on Twitter’s first European sales team, joins as sales director for southern Europe, based in Barcelona, Spain. He has also held sales positions at Yahoo!, having secured a portfolio of clients including Melià Hotels International, The Barceló Group, Iberia and Vueling Airlines.

Marie Bessadi becomes Adara’s sales planner and strategist, bringing five years of experience including working under technology brand, Criteo. She will be developing pre-sales insights based on Adara’s unique data for advertisers to gain a deeper understanding of their prospects and customers.

International sales vice-president Ann Reilly said: “Adara is rapidly gaining momentum in EMEA, and we are thrilled to have both López Triquell and Bessadi join us on this exciting journey.

“Already Adara’s platform gives advertisers access to more than 68 million unique traveller profiles in Europe and with the additional expertise we will be able to help more brands connect to people who are going places.”

The California-based company has established its EMEA headquarters in Dublin and has expanded its team over the past three months.

Adara has secured a number of new travel companies to its list of data partners, including STA Travel, Finnair, National Express and Direct Flights.
