Affordable Car Hire is to expand its presence in the US, Australia and New Zealand through a partnership with representation company Discover the World.

Affordable Car Hire is to expand its presence in the US, Australia and New Zealand through a partnership with representation company Discover the World.

The agreement sees Scottsdale-based Discover the World become the car rental broker’s general sales agency for the three countries with a brief to bolster the company’s market share through the travel trade.

Angela Day, chief executive of Affordable Car Hire, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Discover the World who will help us deliver the product strategy for these key new markets. It represents a tremendous opportunity for us to grow our car hire business.

“We will be rolling out comprehensive training to the Discover the World team and are looking forward to a mutually beneficial partnership.”

Discover the World believes there is huge untapped potential for agents in the three markets to add value to their customers’ holidays by offering car rental through Affordable Car Hire.
