The Caribbean destination of St Kitts has launched its first mobile app developed in partnership with British Airways and owner of The Telegraph, Telegraph Media Group.

The Caribbean destination of St Kitts has launched its first mobile app developed in partnership with British Airways and owner of The Telegraph, Telegraph Media Group.

The free iOS and Android app offers visitors information, insider knowledge, reviews and advice while they are on the go as well as latest flight offers.

The app, the first Telegraph Travel App to be produced, also provides a trip planning function, maps and social media and internet sharing functionality.

St Kitts Tourism Authority chief executive Racquel Brown, said: “This is an exciting new development for St. Kitts, particularly as it is a first for the destination while also representing the first of the Telegraph Travel Apps to be launched.

“With consumers increasingly using their mobile devices to search for holiday information, it is essential we keep our visitors up-to-date; and I am thrilled that the partnership with Telegraph Media Group and British Airways has secured this most innovative product for the destination.”
