Barrhead Travel renews Amadeus partnership in three-year deal

Barrhead Travel has renewed a partnership with Amadeus for a further three years and extended the role of smarter technology to enhance its customer service.

The Scottish agency group is expanding operations throughout the UK is seeking to deliver on its ambitious growth plans where the role of technology is becoming increasingly critical to deliver competitive advantage.

Amadeus Open Profile Suite will deliver efficient and synchronised customer profile management that travellers can update themselves across multiple channels.

This will be combined with the latest mobile solutions from Amadeus for improving the trip experience.

Barrhead Travel consultants will benefit from the latest consumer-facing technology innovations combined with reliability, speed and wide-ranging travel content, Amadeus said.
