James Villas Holidays has completed a major overhaul of its back office technology including the introduction of a VoIP call manager system.


The travel specialist re-built the system, in conjunction with TelecityRedbus, in time for what is James Villas’ peak booking period during January and February.


The technology outfit will host all e-commerce systems and call centre operations associated with James Villas.


The project comes as James Villas attempts to drive more holidays through its website, following a strong year for online bookings at the company in 2006.


James Villas will continue to operate its retail outlet at the Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent.
