Youtravel confirms executive appointments to build on 2013 performance
Two former Hotels4U/Medhotels executives have joined rival bedbank Youtravel.com.
Andy Baker becomes sales director and Ranj Kundi joins as head of commercial.
Baker joins after nine years at Hotels4U.com/Medhotels.com and previously held sales management roles at Golden Sun Holidays and Balkan Holidays.
Kundi also held key positions at Hotels4U/Medhotels.com and Sunstar Leisure.
The appointments come as the company introduces the next phase of technology innovations with a range of special features being unveiled, designed to offer flexibility and increase bookings from its UK and international markets.
Youtravel.com chief executive Jacky Bedlow said: “I am delighted to have such experienced professionals joining our management team – giving it the direction it needs going forward and building on the success of what has been a very positive year for Youtravel as a bedbank.
“Andy and Ranj bring extensive expertise to the roles, having worked in senior positions in the sector for several years.”
