Ecommerce agency Webloyalty has struck a new partnership with Italian flag carrier Alitalia to establish a paid-for benefits programme.
The deal will see Webloyalty work to increase the airline’s online sales and additional revenue streams through a new Purchase and Save programme offering benefits and future savings.
Customers who join ‘Acquisti e Risparmi’ can earn 10% cashback when they shop at more than 300 top online stores.
Customer will be encouraged to join via a banner on the purchase confirmation page of the airline’s website.
After a 30-day free trial, membership will cost €12 per month for an open ended contract which can be cancelled at any time.
Alexandre Cotigny, managing director southern Europe at Webloyalty, said: “The travel industry is showing some strong growth trends, and this collaboration with Alitalia helps us consolidate a business model that is proving relevant in this sector”.
